Why Should You Choose Certainty Appliance Repair?

As a landlord, you are plenty busy, and having a partner you can trust to look out for your interests can be refreshing. Lots of technicians can repair broken appliances, but Certainty Appliance Repair LLC understands that your needs extend beyond that. You need a technician who can provide timely communication of the problem found, as well as provide an estimate of what it will take to fix the problem.

Be Certain About What You’ll Pay

We do charge a service fee to diagnose what is wrong with your appliance. Once the problem has been identified, the tech will tell you what the cost will be if you want to repair the appliance, including the prices for parts and labor.

Flexibility

You most likely want to work with a company that has repair hours that work for your tenants. We schedule one-hour appointment windows between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the week. If you want an email or phone call to let you know what time we have it scheduled for, just let us know.

After the Repair

We have found that many landlords appreciate what we do after the repair. Starting with the invoice, we provide complete information about the repair on our invoices, including model and serial number when available, and we send invoices via email (or regular mail upon request). If you pay by credit card, we will send you the invoice marked PAID for your records. In addition, we maintain a database of repairs we have completed for you by address in case you have any questions in the future.

Make an Informed Decision

You will have full information to help you make an informed decision. If you do not want to have it repaired right then, our written price estimate is good for seven days, and you only owe for the service call at the time of diagnosis, unless prior arrangements have been made.
